Donald Hale

Born and raised in middle Georgia. I spent my youth in Boy Scouts and eventually achieved the Rank of Eagle Scout. Graduated from GCSU in 2009 with a Criminal Justice degree. I bought my first property in 2009, a duplex that I house hacked for about 3 years and then kept as two rentals/ doors since then. Closed on 2 single family homes in Sept 2020 that were already tenant occupied. Always willing to learn and on the look out for the next deal.
