Donald Nichols

My name is Don Nichols. I was born and raised on the South Side of Chicago, a community that shaped my work ethic, resilience, and commitment to long-term growth. I am a dedicated father to a 15-year-old daughter and have spent the past decade as a professional truck driver, building discipline, consistency, and financial focus along the way. My real estate experience includes the acquisition and management of a duplex on the South Side of Chicago and a single-family residence in the south suburbs. These properties provided hands-on exposure to ownership, tenant management, maintenance, and value creation. In parallel, I am completing my degree in accounting, with one semester remaining, further strengthening my financial and analytical foundation. I am now intentionally transitioning into the next chapter of my life: becoming a full-time house flipper and real estate investor in Chicago and throughout the Midwest. I am highly motivated, execution-focused, and committed to scaling responsibly through strategic partnerships. I am seeking to connect with seasoned investors, mentors, and like-minded individuals who are active in or transitioning into the rehab and value-add space.
