67 year old contractor. i have bought and sold multiple houses for flips and have done so on a smaller scale. I would like to step up into the real estate world , and onto a bigger stage. I bought two houses for less than $400.00. and sold them each for $10,000.00. I then purchased my current home which I am converting to a commercial property.I also own a 2,500. square foot building with tremendous potential to be develipoed and converted to cash.
