About myself
I have 10 years of experience in the home building industry and a Project Manager and Regional Manager for a home builder. I've overseen the construction of hundreds of homes ranging from investors ADU's to full custom homes. I also have extensive experience in performing due diligence to evaluate properties for buildability and site development costs. I'm on Bigger Pockets to offer my skill sets, as well as begin using my skills to start purchasing and/or building investment properties.
