Hi All, I am now officially a Real Estate Junkie thanks to the bigger pockets podcasts. Some interesting things about myself is after soaking up the bigger pockets podcast and joining the forums a in June of 2014 I've entered the Mid-West real estate market and now own 40 doors through a partnership. I am also on my 3rd flip deal this year and looking to finish 5-6 more by this time 2017! Thank you Thank you Bigger Pockets! Experience: I have one rental under my belt (Multi-plex in Oakland, CA and own 17 rental properties in the Milwauke. I am interested in learning from everyone on BP. The wealth of information is amazing and I look forward to meeting everyone. Real Estate Goals: Passive income, wealth generation, asset acquisition, and generally just learn more about investing in real estate from my peers.
