I'm a broker with my eye on residential development... currently returning rehabbing to build capital. Of course I am open to partnering with private equity folks! Experience: Flipped a house from 2006-08...ouch! Lost a bunch of money but what gorgeous home! learned a LOT. Got my RE license later that year, and have been "active" for the last 3.5 years. Only doing it part -time. Real Estate Goals: To work with builders/developers in the short-term. Long-term, to develop and build Green residential properties.
