I've always been interested in real estate but never had the drive to pursue it. I'm older, a bit wiser, a little more mature and MUCH more motivated. I just started my real estate pre license course and plan to be done by July '17 and licensed shortly after I finish the course. My motivation is time with my children. I know real estate will be time consuming but not 13 to 16 hour days, 5 days a week. This 7a to 8, 9, 10p days must come to an end.
