I originally got my RE license because I was selling manufactured homes and I knew I could help my customers get land much better than the agents we were using. That was over 12 years ago. I bought a pizza place and bar in 2006 when real estate was getting tough. I still did a few deals helping friends and family and flipping when the deal was right. I made the pizza place successful but I did not own the property, I hate having a landlord, the lease was coming due, so recently it was sold. The RE market is strong now and I am poised to take advantage of that. I am not sure what this site has to offer but I hope to meet like minded people, find some capital for mutual benefit and learn some cutting edge techniques.
