SCOPE of business: * Flexible, short-term lending * Flips * Buy and hold rentals SEEKING: * Investors who are looking for places to invest * Borrowers who need funds, offering flexible lending DETAILS: Flexible Lending: Our lending is based upon three things: 1) the person, 2) the project and 3) the risk. Our goal is to meet the needs of our borrower/partner so we're flexible in the structure of deals. Of course, we also have certain profit goals that are commensurate with the risk and opportunity cost that we incur with each loan. Because our partners have found us to be excellent lenders, WE HAVE MORE OPPORTUNITIES THAN we can take on and are LOOKING to bring those OPPORTUNITIES TO OTHER INVESTORS. Buy & Hold Rentals (in WI and OH): We look to buy well, then provide clean, safe, comfortable housing (B Class) in safe urban neighborhoods. We recently began to invest in an area where there has been a very strong influx of immigrants. We'd like to support as many of them as we can as they establish themselves in a new country. We have been flipping houses for a while as well; it fits nicely into our lending model, as well as our rental business. Across the business, we strive to buy right, rehab right and sell right. BACKGROUND: Business executive (sales, marketing, general management and innovation) in technology and healthcare. I have an Exec MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management. My business experience, combined with a really smart wife, led us to seek alternative ways of investing our savings. Our mantra - be able to know your investment, and invest in yourself. This led us to Real Estate. Our life is about Faith and Family First (mixed with some good fun!), trying to do right and do good by God and our fellow man. Our goal is to have a "passive income" that sustains us within four years so that we can do what we want, when we want, where we want - visiting family and friends, developing new or old hobbies like wood-working or horseback-riding and serving throughout the world.
