Our background began as both Real Estate and Mortgage brokers in the Calabasas portion of L.A. in 1990. We have transitioned out of all brokerage activities in early 2019 to open a private equity group focused in acquisition of class B/C commercial income producing assets such as 5+ Multi-Family (actual current range 10-50 units), MHPs (30+ pads) and Self-Storage (100+ units) nationwide. We are ramping up toward Senior Care facilities and Hospitality by mid 2024-2025 but might jump in sooner. We move quickly on assets that fit our model, are always buying and have worked with many various professionals to help us locate worthwhile assets including commercial & residential realtors, attorneys, accountants, business managers/advisors, wholesalers and family advisors. We dutifully protect the position of our asset resources and always make sure they are well compensated for their work.
