I've been out of real estate for a few years. At this point in the game I'm looking for passive income from rentals. I'm looking for SFR properties South and east of Downtown dayton and suburbs in those directions as well. I'm interested in apartments, from 4 units to ?. I'm looking for other investors to syndicate larger deals. I'm also looking for small and mid sized apartments in C or B neighborhoods for a value play to buy and hold. At this point, I'm looking only in the dayton, ohio area and 50 mile radius. Looking to rebuild my team. This time I'm also looking for a solid property management company.
