I like to teach as much as I like to learn. If you are in the DC area and interested in the greater Tampa, Fl area I’d like to connect. I lived in Tampa/St Pete/Riverview for 11 years and love it there. I love real estate. I’m here to find others who enjoy the same passion. My story: In 2011 our first home became a rental, and I buried myself in work. After years of dedicatIng my days to work, I popped up my head and saw how fast the kids were growing and wished I could spend more time with my family. In pursuit of a pension, I kept working. In the middle of Iraq, my roommate told me about a book that has been a catalyst for many people. Rich Dad, Poor Dad planted a seed and BiggerPockets nurtured its growth. I’ve known for years that I want to invest more in RE. I spent years trying to convinve my wife. A recent episode of BP helped me convince her to support my passion. Current interests: - Analyzing cash flow of a refi/HELOC property - Finding others...in any market...that want to practice analyzing deals Goal: be so good at analyzing deals that an increase in leads results in more viable opportunities
