In 2016 I started researching real estate investing. Starting part-time in early 2017 I completed a couple wholesale deals and in the fall of 2017 I went full-time in wholesaling. Now in 2018 with many wholesale deals under my belt I have formed a new partnership to buy and hold SFR. Additionally, while providing a wholesaling service to other investors I am actively looking for multi-family properties for long term investments.
