Hi everyone! I’ve spent the past several months listening to BP podcasts and reading, now I’m anxious to network and learn as much as I can. I fell into my first rental when I moved to another city for a job and rented out my house. After getting the passive income I knew I needed to figure out how to scale this. 2019 goals- 1) First and foremost I need to assemble a team and meet all you fine people. 2) Identify a unit to purchase for either house hacking or live-in and flip. My strategy will evolve over time, but I’m starting slowly to make sure I do it right. I’m a big believer in what goes around comes around so as my skills and connections grow, I’m more than happy to make introductions and help anyone with their own objectives. Being a former Marine Officer, I’m a “get stuff done” kind of guy, and I’m willing to trade my time for experience. I look forward to meeting you all!
