Settled on first investment deal exactly 1 year after graduating college, that is when I caught the investment bug. House has been cash flowing ever since. Always looking for new avenues to provide additional income and networking opportunities. Would like to pursue all all facets of investing, especially wholesaling, rehabs, private money, and hard money. I am also employed with a property management company that heavily focuses on purchasing and selling investment properties throughout South Jersey.
