About myself
I'm director of portfolio management for a San Diego based REIT. In other words, I manage a portfolio of real estate assets, negotiate leases and sales, manage 3rd party brokers etc. I am looking to partner with experienced investors who invest in commercial or multifamily product types to build a fund concentrated on value add commercial assets in secondary and tertiary markets across the US.
