Hey Everyone, I'm Drew. I started in real estate in 2010 with a small private equity firm that was fixing and flipping homes in San Diego right after the crash. By 2012 I had purchased and flipped four houses myself in the Phoenix area. Today I have been associated with a number of investment firms and independent investors in the southern California fixing and flipping and have successfully flipped over 200 transactions, whether it was as an investor, agent, wholesaler, or partner in a joint venture. I just obtained my real estate brokers license in 2017 created my own Brokerage: DC Realty Partners. But have recently joined Coldwell Banker for their robust client tools, training, networking and relationships in an effort to continue to grow into the best investor and broker I can be.
