Greetings! Thank you for taking the time to read through my profile. I currently work in the Information Technology industry as a full-time programmer analyst. I am also a single parent of a 1st grader. I have always been interested in entrepreneurship and achieving financial freedom so I can spend more time with my family and be in a greater position to give of my time and resources to others. In a sense, this profile is almost like my goal and vision statement. This is a great chance for me to get my "purpose" down on paper. I have always been interested in real estate to some degree as I love looking at houses and exploring new places and neighborhoods. The "fix and flip" concept is also strikes a chord with me. I hope to finally take the step and use real estate as a vehicle to achieve my goals and gain financial independence. Thank you for taking the time to read this.
