Greetings Fellow Real Estate Gladiators. My name is Scott Benjamin and I am just crazy enough to have tried every method of real estate investing out there. My real passion is sharing knowledge. After achieving my financial goals (using the awesomeness of real estate) - I really focus on teaching it now.
