Goals- •Buy my 1st Mobile Home Park!!!!!!! •Criteria- $100,000 median home prices, $40,000 median income, 50 spaces or larger, Septic but prefer city water/sewer, under 7% unemployment rate, 14% or less vacant homes in the market place, Median 2 bedroom $700-$800+, Median 3 bedroom $800-$900+, and good school district. Interested in potential partnerships with experienced MHP owners. I have a passion for low income housing and as the supply decreases in MHPs, we also have a increase in demand for low income housing!! I will buy and operate these parks in order to help families save money on housing while not having to live in bad communities. Also, of course, build wealth for my current and future family!
