I am currently a real estate agent, small business owner and landlord. I purchased a HUD foreclosure in Aug 2012. I am currently living in it cash flow positive while rehabbing it in the process. In August, I plan to move to KC and buy my first multifamily property. I would like to make a career of rehabbing multifamily buildings, starting with 2-4 plexes and eventually working my up to mixed use development.
