Dulari Patel

Newbie investor hoping to turn landlording into a career. Hoping to pick up the skills and knowledge from investors on BP and in my area to then begin to develop a real estate portfolio to begin the journey to financial freedom. Primarily interested in MFH and SFH. Interested in rental properties, rehabbing/flipping, buying and holding. Real Estate investing is a passionate hobby of mine - would love to monetize that interest. My interest in REinvesting started through a job I had in undergrad working in CRE. Personally would like to stay in the residential rental prop sector for my own lifestyle, as of right now. Always interested in meeting like-minded individuals in the Western MA/Northern CT area. Feel free to reach out!
