I purchased my first investment in 2017. It was a condo that was fully rehabbed by my father and I. The next project was a 2 family that received upgrades in most areas of house (including electrical, plumbing, heating, etc.). We are currently renting 2 of those units and looking for the next project... One of my goals is to create a portfolio 20 rental doors within a few years and find solid relationships in the REI community.
