Dustin Figenscher

I am a full-time HVAC Technician, and a motivated investor/landlord since 2015. My portfolio currently consists of a duplex that I house hacked with an FHA loan, and a single family home. For the most part I am a DIY landlord but am slowly subbing the less desired/time consuming work. I’m investing in the Rochester area and want to grow my portfolio to obtain financial freedom, and to successfully run a well oiled rental business. I’d eventually like to diversify my rental income and invest in other businesses! I love giving advice and answering questions based on my experiences, (which has been a lot in this short time), and meeting other investors to create relationships with so that we can obtain our goals together.
