Dustin Kircher

I am from California and have lived in all parts of the state. I currently reside in Sunny San Diego. I first got into Real Estate as a young kid around 12 or 13. My Aunt had bought me the book that everyone knows about "Rich Dad Poor Dad" After reading that book I was hooked. I bought my first flip when I was 24. I have worked in real estate since 2005. I am always looking to expand my knowledge of the Real Estate industry and look forward to what the future brings in my Real Estate investing career. Experience: I was a Director of Acquisitions/Sales for a large Real Estate investment firm where I managed a team who purchased, renovated, and sold 5000+ homes all across the country. I have been working in the Real Estate industry since 2005. In 2012 I left the investment firm and currently am on my own trying to buy as many properties as I can. Since 2012 I have been rehabbing homes. I have been buying house creatively and expanding my rental portfolio and looking to do more and more.
