I'm a very proud father of 3 amazing kidos, with a beautiful wife of 12 years, real estate investor, real estate agent and entrepreneur wanting to make connections to help further my real estate investing journey! I bought my first official fix and flip property in December of 2016 and after a 6 month renovation, we sold property and made $38,000 net profit and I was jacked. I received my real estate license in 2017 and officially started Kairos Homes, LLC (wholesale and fix/flip business) with my business partner, Kurt Rutledge in 2017. Goal for 2019: To improve on our systems/processes to allow us to fix/flip 6-8 single family homes, wholesale 10 properties, add 3 more $200+ cash flowing properties to rental portfolio, and continue to connect with amazing people to make it all happen.
