Hi, My wife and I are buy and hold Investors here in Knoxville, TN We typically buy properties that are run down, falling down, or the worst in the neighborhood. We completely rehab all the houses we buy and we strive to make the houses into a home our tenants are happy to call home while still cash flowing enough for us to live frugally. If you are local to Knoxville message me and we can get together and see how we can help each other out.
