My husband and I recently bought our first long-term rental house and we are looking forward to learning and growing through all the tools and resources BiggerPockets provides. We have been hosting an Airbnb (vacation rental) for about a year and a half and have had great success with it. I’m sure our new venture into long-term rentals will be quite different in many aspects, so we’re trying to learn as much as we can!
