We are smaller investors residing in Sacramento, CA with two, 3bed/2bath SFHs in the Phoenix area, as well as three SFH in Huntsville. I work full time in the entertainment industry, so RE investing is a side business for me at this point. But eventually I'd like for it to become a full time endeavor to have more control over my future and retirement. Experience: • I purchased two investment properties, traditionally, in the Phoenix area after the 2008 fallout. Both cash flow well. • We've changed our focus to the Huntsville market and have three buy & holds there now. Two of them were BRRRRs, the third was a straight purchase with long term tennats in place already. Currently, I'm hands off as far as the routine hassles that come with being a landlord, as I use a management team for this. I'm looking to keep this model, unless I find the urge to start dealing with these issues myself. Real Estate Goals: TO eventually get 10 doors, reevaluate and see if we want to continue or shift gears to pay-offs.
