Real Estate Paralegal Greetings! My name is Dylan, I recently relocated to Orlando from New York City! I I was a licensed agent in New York and spent time as a Real Estate Professional in the DMV. I’ve spent several hours on Podcasts like Wholesale Inc. & Wholesale Houses Elite whew I was able to find the grand niche of Real Estate Investing! When moving to Florida, I decided to take a different “turn” in the REI industry and wanted to incorporate my knowledge from my college degree. Of course there’s more to my story but my question to you is; Do you know of anyone who might be interested in outsourcing their legal administrative duties to a freelance paralegal? I know I’m going have to work VERY hard on marketing and branding. My plan is to start my own ALSP (Alternative Legal Services Provider) business and focus solely on REI. I do have experience preparing and drafting documents, e-discovery and court retrievals. I will be getting my Florida Notary license plus other certificates to build my brand.
