I am attempting to become a Real Estate Investor in the area around Grove, Oklahoma. I am stuck paying down $30,000 in debt for now so it appears I can't do much for about 2 years unless I can get a loan or partner. It's hard watching good deals slip through my fingers. Once I get rolling I want to buy some property and build homes, my way, highly energy efficient and fireproof.
