Experience: Started investing at age nine. Grew up around construction, finance and tech. Around 19 years old started breaking into foreclosed homes(with the banks permission of course). At 23 bought my first property. Lately I have transitioned out of single family and into development and hard money lending and 5+ multi family. Running a 5+ multi family portfolio created lots of accounting headaches, so I started coding custom tools to handle problem specifically for this space. Making integrations between Appfolio and Xero/Quickbooks talk to each other, takes most of my time now a day's.
