About myself
My wife and I are new to real estate investing and we're looking for that first deal. We are currently home owners seeking our first rental property, Preferable short term but considering multi-family as well. Our first home purchase was in NC where we lived and renovated, selling after 3 years. We now own our second home here in Maryville TN. We are actively learning and analyzing market opportunities along with planning our personal strategy in this space. Looking forward to meeting other people in this community!!
