I am currently a 24 year old college graduate who is tired of saying every week " thank god it is friday". I want to get out of the rat race. All of my current knowedgle of real esate ( which is not much) I have learned from reading books. I hope to find someone on this site I can learn from and help me grow. My goals are to have 10 rental properties by the time I am 30 and would like to buy my first one in March.
