Eddie Prosser

As Senior Vice President of Real Estate at AssetAvenue.com, a leading peer-to-peer lender for residential and commercial real estate, Eddie is responsible for originations, underwriting, and asset management. AssetAvenue provides investors with fixed income loan opportunities secured by real estate, while providing borrowers with access to capital to fund their loans. Eddie brings over a decade of institutional real estate experience where he has been responsible for the growth and management of real estate pipelines representing over a billion of acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and management experience. Most recently, Eddie was with Legacy Partners and was responsible for the acquisition and development management of multifamily and mixed use opportunities throughout the US. Prior to Legacy, Eddie served at the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) where he managed and disposed of failed institutions' assets. Prior to the FDIC, Eddie managed project and corporate level finance at Innovative Communities for over 25 communities and 3 divisions. Eddie graduated from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California with an emphasis in Entrepreneurship and holds a real estate broker's license in California.
