Hi! I'm Edgar, and I am a Rental Estate Agent, Property Manager and Entrepreneur in Miami Florida. I started my Real Estate journey in August 2020 obtaining my Real Estate Licence. Since then I have been providing guidance to friends, family members, and new prospect they were interested in Buying|Renting|Investing in properties. After I purchased my 2nd home, I bought my 1st investment property in 2021 and 2nd in 2023 all in the Downtown and Brickell area of Miami. I learned in the last couple of years, some great tricks that help me obtain the best deal and many not using a bank for a loan. My further goal will be financially free and enjoy life more every day, doing thinks that I like such as playing Soccer, Padel, any kind of sport, traveling around the world and of courser spending time with my daughter! I thank God for the Bless life that I have and all that I learn everyday.
