About myself
NJ Native, relocated to AZ over 15 years ago. Flipped first house in 1997 after renovating houses for others. Local REIA member, as well as other local affiliations. Currently working on finding new deals to put together and either Flip or wholesale. Have a project going in Costa Rica. Bought a 3.5 acre parcel on the beach on the Nicoya Peninsula. Looking to start developing in the near future.
