Greetings, Although many have told me to "fake it until I make it," probably meaning not to act as clueless as I am, I feel I must be honest with my position if I'm ever to get out of it. Truly, I know absolutely nothing about real estate investing. I've never had any dealings in real estate before. I am currently a college student with no money, no job, and no family that I know of who knows anything about being successful. I want to finish college with no profitless debts and to exit knowing I don't need to stress for income. I want an income that would allow me to do what interests me. Given that, I want to succeed in real estate. Actually, right now, I just want at least to make some money. Like many, I have heard of Bird-dogging and wholesaling, but realized that I didn't know what I was doing. So I am here hoping to learn or something or meet someone to help me.
