About myself
My day job is an attorney focusing on bankruptcy and tax work in DC, MD and VA. On the side I have invested part-time in real estate for about 20 years, mainly buy and hold. I have started investing in notes nationwide. I will be transitioning to full-time investing in the next few years. One caveat, any post or comment I make is not intended as legal advice.
