Edward Sitver

I’m an investor with a portfolio of buy-and-hold properties in Denver, Colorado. Until April 2015, I’d been a business analyst and project manager with two corporations over the course of 20 years. I now live on a sailboat and travel full-time, both on the water and off. Experience: I’ve purchase eight investment properties and have sold three of those, one of which was a heavy remodel that I flipped after owning it for fourteen months. I currently hold five multi-unit properties in Denver, CO and a duplex in Groton Connecticut. Real Estate Goals: I'll continue to build a buy-and-hold, cash-flow centric portfolio, and I’m interested in supplementing that with other investments, such as private lending.
