I am an actuary and is currently working for an institutional investment management company. I got interested in real estate investment myself for quite a while. To start, I bought a couple of rental properties with my own fund. Then I decided to get more serious in real estate investment. I have attended a couple real estate investment seminars. I would like to find good partners, build strong teams, do more deals, and be successful in real estate investment. I hope one day I can dedicate myself to this business full time. Experience: Other than buy my own house. I have bought and held two apartments as rental properties with my own cash. I have been investing a few commercial real estate deals through crowdfunding. Real Estate Goals: I am still in the process of formulate my goals and plan. At the high level, I would like to do buy and hold rental property deals. Eventually I would like to participate in commercial real estate investment. I would like to create enough income streams and accumulate enough wealth so that I can retire from my current job and spend more time with my family. Currently Seeking: Experienced investors as partners. I would also like to find professionals to build strong team.
