I am CPA (licensed in Canada and the US) and I have significant experience in accounting, auditing and tax compliance having work for more than a decade in 2 Big 4 accounting firms (in 3 different countries) and two startup companies. I own a couple of single-family properties that I derive rental income from. I have gained significant tax and accounting experience from these properties located in different states. I plan to invest into more real estate properties (multi-family and single-family) in the coming years.
