Eian Trenkle

I am currently a practicing structural engineer/contractor looking to find some deals in the Long Island area. As I am new to real estate, I am willing to partner with other investors on any future deals. My career as a structural engineer has made me extremely detailed and number oriented which could help tremendously in any real estate investment. Additionally, my exposure to large scale infrastructure projects has allowed me to break down big projects into manageable tasks. I have the ability to learn quick and work hard to find deals and turn them into successful investments. Currently my methods of interest are wholesaling locally, and long distance buy and hold properties. My goal is to achieve financial freedom through real estate or become a full-time investor.
