I have been investing since 2009, when I became an “accidental landlord.” Since then, I have dabbled in many different real estate strategies, from house-hacking with airbnb to wholesaling to creative-financing. I am also licensed as a real estate salesperson in the State of New Jersey. In the last few years, my husband and I have focused on building a portfolio of small multi-family properties in South Jersey and New Mexico. I am the founder of The Landlord Collaborative, an online membership community for newer and smaller landlords.
