Hi, I am a fairly new investor having just gotten into the game 2 years ago. I have purchased 2 rental units so far. My 1st property was a half duplex purchased off the MLS with a conventional mortgage. The 2nd property was a condo I bought in a foreclosure auction. I know a lot of people don't want to risk auctions, but for me it was a positive experience and I am looking to buy another foreclosure. Love this site and all the free advice and learning materials!
