Hello everyone, I'm a local investor looking to learn about passive income and equity! I'm currently migrating my real estate interests within the Boston metropolitan area in Massachusetts. Experience: I have been a real estate agent and an investor since 2012. The reason I worked to become a real estate agent is so I can be my own tool, utilizing the MLS to hunt for good deals.
