Eli Khounthavong

I'm a husband and a father, volunteer firefighter and work for a major phone company. New to investing, the wife and I started investing in 2021. Currently we have completed to rehabs and currently rehabing another one. With all these rehabs my father in law, brother in law and myself have done the renovation ourselves. Whether it's, minor electrical, plumbing, painting, framing and even climbing trees to cut down branches we've done it. As much as I enjoy the work, it gets tiring. Hence why I am here to learn more about the different ways of investing. I would love to connect with more people and learn more. My goal is to own multiple multi family properties.
