About myself
Good W-2 job, ready to start putting money to work for me. Did not like Rich Dad, so maybe real estate is not for me (jk). Looking to start small, think big, scale quickly. Starting with a few local condos. Love to travel. I am looking into short term rentals. Local area not ideal, but close to Ohio, Kentucky, and Tennessee, so I thinking of those areas.
