Hi, After four years of learning real estate investing. I've decided to stop thinking, analyzing deals, and reading, well, I'll never stop these things, however, I have started taking massive action. I've created a website, business cards, LLC, etc. I've yet to have a deal yet and right now I'm limited to wholesaling. My ultimate goal is a have a rental (multifamily) portfolio. I've started a real estate agent course not to long ago to access the MLS. I know this is going to be a lot of work and this is a marathon. I've made the decision and I'm committed, this is my path.
