I am looking to get assistance with obtaining a loan to purchase investment properties out of state. My credit is very good and I have steady income. Only problem that I have is that I cannot put much down payment on an investment home. Any help from anyone will be great. I am a beginning investor looking to purchase homes with good cash flow, not fix and flip. Thank you.
